Kuai handles supplier discovery, price negotiation, quality inspection, payment escrow, and end-to-end logistics in one workflow.

Kuai Sourcing is a managed service: a single point of contact handles supplier discovery, payment, quality inspection, freight, and last-mile delivery. Buyers receive one all-in quotation per destination instead of stitching together separate suppliers, agents, and forwarders.

Kuai Sourcing serves importers in 85+ countries. The platform is optimized for buyers in West, Central, and East Africa, including Mali, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Cameroon, Tanzania, Kenya, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Niger, Togo, Benin, and Guinea, Morocco, most of middle east countries, Europe and America, with English, French, and Arabic interfaces.

Submitting a sourcing request and receiving a quotation are always free. The Basic plan is free forever and allows up to 20 orders awaiting payment at any one time each month, plus a per-order service fee that scales with order size. Settling an order frees its slot, so there is no cap on how many orders you place. Pro is $297/month and Pro Plus is $497/month, both with higher included quotas, no per-order service fee within quota, and bonus loyalty points. The product cost, China-domestic shipping, international freight, duties, and last-mile delivery are quoted per order.

Kuai Sourcing offers four freight modes per destination: express (3-7 business days, fastest, highest cost), train freight to Europe (10-15 business days), air freight (20-25 business days), and sea freight (55-60 business days, lowest cost per kg). The right choice depends on order weight, value, and urgency. Each quotation lists all eligible modes with prices side by side.

A quotation is returned within 24 hours of submitting a sourcing request, or up to 48 hours for a product that is new to us. Production lead time depends on the supplier and product, and is confirmed with the quotation. Quality inspection adds 1-2 days. International shipping then ranges from 3-7 business days (express) to 55-60 (sea freight). Customers can track every milestone in the dashboard.

Yes. Pre-shipment quality inspection is included on every order at no extra cost. Goods are inspected at Kuai's warehouse in China before payment is released to the supplier, which protects buyers from defective batches and supplier disputes.

Orders are paid by international bank transfer in US dollars. There is one Kuai account, held with Wise in the name of Kuai Solutions LLC, and it takes USD only. Customers can also settle an order from their Kuai account balance, which is topped up by that same bank transfer. Payment is required in full, up front, before the goods leave the warehouse in China. Card payment for orders is not available yet and is shown as coming soon on the payment page. The same rules apply to every buyer, in all 85+ countries Kuai ships to. Membership subscriptions are the one exception: Pro at $297/month and Pro Plus at $497/month are billed monthly by card through Stripe. The platform acts as escrow: customers pay Kuai, and Kuai releases funds to the supplier only after inspection.
