Product sourcing

A China sourcing agent that works with small orders

Kuai Sourcing finds the Chinese factory for your product, negotiates the price and holds the specification, then ships it to you. You pay Kuai, and the supplier is paid only after the pre-shipment inspection passes. Quotations come back within 24 hours, or up to 48 hours for a product that is new to us.

We find the manufacturer, not a reseller

We check company registration, business scope and export history before we quote, so you know whether you are talking to the factory or to a trading company reselling it.

Small orders and low MOQ

We take quantities most agents turn down. The factory's own minimum and its carton counts can still move your number, so an order for 50 pieces may come back as 48 or 72, and we tell you before you pay.

One quotation, priced per destination

Each destination country gets its own line-by-line price: product cost, China domestic delivery to our warehouse, international freight by your chosen mode, customs where we handle it, and the last mile.

The supplier is paid after inspection

You pay Kuai Sourcing, not the factory. We release payment to the supplier only once the pre-shipment inspection passes, which is the last point where a defect is still cheap to fix.

How a sourcing request runs

Four stages, and you see the full landed cost before any money moves.

  1. Tell us what you want to import

Send the product name, a photo, the quantity and the destination countries. A product link helps but is not required. The request and the quotation are both free.

  2. We source it and quote it

We match the request to factories in our network, negotiate, and send a quotation per destination within 24 hours. A product that is new to us can take up to 48 hours because we have to find and price the factory first.

  3. You approve and pay Kuai

Payment goes to Kuai Sourcing by bank transfer in USD or from your account balance, never to the factory. If you want a sample produced and photographed before the batch, we arrange it for a fee agreed with you in advance.

  4. Inspection, then the supplier, then shipping

Goods arrive at our warehouse in China and are checked against your approved sample. The supplier is paid once they pass. We then consolidate, book the freight and ship to each destination.

Where we source from

Kuai Sourcing is headquartered in Shanghai, with representatives in the manufacturing regions below. Which region a product comes from is decided by what the product is, not by where we would prefer to buy.

Questions people ask before their first order

How much does a China sourcing agent charge?
On the Basic plan Kuai Sourcing charges a sourcing service fee per order, by unit count: $19 for 1 to 100 units, $29 for 101 to 500, and $39 for 501 to 1,000. Larger quantities are quoted per order. Product cost, freight and any customs we handle appear as separate lines on the quotation rather than as a hidden margin. Sourcing requests and quotations are free.
Can I use a sourcing agent for one product or a small order?
Yes. Kuai Sourcing accepts single-product and low-MOQ requests. The factory's own minimum order quantity and its carton sizes can still move your number, so a request for 50 pieces may come back as 48 or 72. We tell you before you pay, not after the goods are made.
Do I need a registered company to import from China?
Not to use Kuai Sourcing. You need an account with a confirmed email address and a verified phone number, and that is a two-way check: we verify buyers as well as suppliers. The e-commerce request form does not ask for company details. The business form does, because it collects the incoterm and the payment terms. Whether your own country requires an importer registration depends on the destination, and we will not guess it for you.
When does the supplier get paid?
After the pre-shipment inspection passes. You pay Kuai Sourcing, not the factory. The goods are checked against your approved sample at our warehouse in China, and only then does money move to the supplier. That is the last point at which a defect is still cheap to fix.
How long does a quotation take?
Kuai Sourcing sends a quotation within 24 hours for most requests, and up to 48 hours for a product that is new to us, because we have to find and price the factory first. The quotation is broken down per destination country: product cost, China domestic delivery to our warehouse, international freight by your chosen mode, customs where we handle it, and last-mile delivery.
How many sourcing requests can I submit?
Requests and quotations are free and are never capped. What is capped is orders awaiting payment: 20 in a calendar month on Basic, 35 on Pro and 50 on Pro Plus. Paying an order frees its slot immediately, so the cap limits how many unpaid orders sit open at once, not how much you buy in a month.
Can you work with a supplier I already found myself?
Yes. Send Kuai Sourcing the supplier and we negotiate, place the order and inspect on your behalf. We also accept goods you bought yourself, shipped into our warehouse in China for inspection, consolidation and freight.
