These depend on what you order and where it ships. Every quotation breaks them down line by line before you pay.
- Product cost, the actual price paid to the Chinese supplier
- China-domestic shipping from the supplier to our warehouse
- International freight, quoted per destination and shipping mode
- Duties and customs, which depend on the destination country
- Last-mile delivery to the recipient's address
How billing works
- 1You submit a sourcing request. Free, no commitment.
- 2We send a quotation per destination within about 24 hours. Also free.
- 3You accept and pay the quotation total to Kuai, which holds it in escrow.
- 4We pay the supplier only after pre-shipment quality inspection.
- 5Goods ship, and you are updated at each milestone.
- 6On delivery the order closes and your loyalty points are credited.
Orders are paid by international bank transfer in USD, or from your Kuai account balance. Subscriptions are billed monthly by card through Stripe.
