1. Who We Are

Kuai Sourcing is an intermediary service proudly based and registered in China, helping you source products from suppliers and facilitating payments on your behalf. We're not the makers, sellers, or shippers,just the matchmakers who get the deal done. Reach us at contact@kuaisourcing.com, where our team is ready to assist from the heart of the Middle Kingdom!

2. Using Our Services

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our platform. No bots, no proxies,just real humans, please!

Account Creation: To unlock our sourcing magic, you'll need an account. Keep your login details safe,think of them as the keys to your sourcing kingdom. If someone sneaks in, let us know ASAP.

Orders: When you place an order through us, you're authorizing us to act as your agent,sourcing products and processing payments. We'll send you a confirmation faster than you can say "Kuai!"

3. The Sourcing Process

Supplier Selection: We scour the globe for reliable suppliers, but you're the captain,you approve the final choice. We'll share supplier details so you can make an informed call.

Pricing: Costs include product price, our service fee (the magic sauce), and any shipping or extras you opt for. No hidden fees, we're as transparent as a glass factory! Payments are made by international bank transfer in USD.

Quality Checks: We do random spot-checks to keep suppliers on their toes, but we're not inspecting every widget. You'll need to double-check your haul when it arrives.

4. Payments

How It Works: You pay us, we pay the supplier only after quality inspection, it's a trust dance with a safety net. Orders are paid by international bank transfer in USD, or from your Kuai account balance, which you top up by that same transfer. Card payment for orders is not available yet. Membership subscriptions are the one exception: Pro and Pro Plus are billed monthly by card through Stripe.

Timing: Full payment is due upfront to kickstart the sourcing. Late payments might delay your order,nobody wants that!

Refunds: See our Refund & Shipping Responsibility Policy for the nitty-gritty. Spoiler: we've got your back, but there are rules. Refunds are issued in USD, by the same route you paid.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Stuff: The Kuai Sourcing logo, website, and all our cool tools are ours,protected by copyright, trademarks, and a sprinkle of creativity under Chinese law. Don't copy or reuse without our nod.

Your Stuff: Got a design or spec you want sourced? It's yours, and we won't claim it. We're just here to make it happen.

6. Limitation of Liability

We're your sourcing sidekick, not your insurer. We're not liable for:

• Supplier slip-ups (e.g., defective goods beyond our random checks).
• Shipping snafus (delays, losses,talk to the freight folks!).
• Losses bigger than what you paid us,our cape only stretches so far!

7. Force Majeure

Earthquakes, pandemics, or unexpected trade restrictions,if something wild stops us from delivering, we're not on the hook. From our base in China, we'll keep you posted and get back on track as soon as the storm passes.

8. Termination

By You: Tired of sourcing? Just email us to close your account. Any pending orders will wrap up per these Terms.

By Us: Misuse the platform (e.g., fraud, abuse), and we'll show you the door,no refunds for bad behavior.

9. Dispute Resolution

Got a beef? Let's talk it out at contact@kuaisourcing.com. If we can't hug it out, disputes will be settled under the laws of the People's Republic of China, with mediation first in Shanghai, then courts if needed.

10. The Kuai Promise

We promise to hustle across continents, source smart from China's vast network, and keep you in the loop,in dollars. In return, you promise to communicate clearly, pay promptly, and enjoy the ride. Deal?

11. Changes to These Terms

We might tweak these Terms as the world spins. Check back here for updates,they apply to all new orders once posted. We'll ping you if it's a biggie, so you're never caught off guard.
