How it works, start to finish
Getting a ballpark price takes an email address. Getting a real quotation takes a free account, a confirmed email and a verified phone number, and about five minutes.
The six steps
This is the whole process, including the parts most sourcing companies leave vague.
Create your free account
Two minutes, no card and no plan to choose. Your requests, quotations, files and order history all live in this one account, which is what lets us price each destination separately and lets you track everything afterwards.
Confirm your email and phone
You click a link in an email, then enter a code we send by SMS, voice call or WhatsApp. Quotations and shipping updates go to that address, and sourcing runs on quick back and forth about specs and samples, so we need a number that actually reaches you. Signing in with Google skips the email step.
Choose Business or E-commerce sourcing
Two forms, because the questions genuinely differ. Business sourcing asks for your company, an incoterm and payment terms, since we are quoting a shipment to you. E-commerce sourcing asks for a product photo and a destination per country, since we are quoting delivery to your buyers. You can switch between them at any point.
Send your request
The product, the quantity and where it is going. Nothing here costs anything and you are not committing to buy. The more exact your spec, the closer the quotation lands to a real delivered cost instead of a guess.
Review your quotation and pay Kuai
We come back within 24 hours, or up to 48 for a product that is new to us, with a price per destination covering the goods, the shipping option you picked and the fees. When you accept, you pay Kuai rather than the factory, and we hold the money.
We inspect, then ship, and you track
The supplier is paid only once the pre-shipment inspection passes. If it fails, your money never left us. Your goods then ship by the mode you chose and you follow each milestone in your dashboard through to delivery.
What to have ready
- An email address you can open now, since the account is not usable until you click the link we send.
- A phone number with country code that can take an SMS, a call or a WhatsApp message.
- Your product, the quantity you want and the country it is going to. A photo too, for e-commerce requests.
- No payment card. Nothing in any of these steps takes money.
The three things people ask first
Your money is not sent straight to a factory
It stays with Kuai until the inspection passes. That is the single biggest difference from buying direct.
Every order is inspected before it ships
We check the goods in China while there is still time to fix a problem, not after they have crossed an ocean.
You get a real price within 24 hours
