Freight and logistics
Shipping from China: sea, air, rail and express
Kuai Sourcing ships from China by express in 3 to 7 business days, by train to Europe in 10 to 15, by air freight in 20 to 25 and by sea in 55 to 60. Every figure is door to door, from the supplier handing the goods to our warehouse until delivery at your address, and includes consolidation and customs clearance.
One shipment from several suppliers
Your suppliers deliver to our warehouse in China, domestic delivery inside China takes 48 to 72 hours, and we ship the combined load as one consignment on one set of documents.
Export declaration and import support
Kuai Sourcing files the export customs declaration in China and prepares the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin your destination requires, then supports the import clearance at the other end.
Packing checked before it loads
Cartons are re-taped, corner-protected or re-boxed where the supplier packing will not survive the mode you picked. Weak packing is caught at our warehouse, not at the port.
Status in your dashboard
Each order moves through named statuses, from In Production to Packed, In Transit and Delivered, so you can see where the goods are without emailing anyone.
Which shipping method should you choose?
Kuai Sourcing runs four separate freight services from China. They differ in lead time, in where they run and in what they suit. Pick on the date you need the goods, not on the mode you have heard of.
| Service | Lead time | Where it runs | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Express Delivery | 3 to 7 business days | Worldwide | Small parcels, samples and urgent restocks, moved by courier as a single door to door parcel. |
| Train (China to Europe) | 10 to 15 business days | Europe only | Mid-size loads to European destinations when sea is too slow and air costs too much. Not available to Africa, the Middle East or the Americas. |
| Air Freight | 20 to 25 business days | Worldwide | Higher value or date-sensitive cargo that is too large or too heavy to move as a courier parcel. |
| Sea Freight | 55 to 60 business days | Worldwide | Volume and weight, full container or shared container, when the delivery date is not the constraint. |
Express Delivery and Air Freight are separate services and never share a lead time. Express is a courier parcel; air freight is consolidated cargo that clears customs as a freight shipment. Landlocked destinations and markets served through a neighbouring port carry a second inland leg, which we quote per shipment.
Can you combine orders from several suppliers into one shipment?
Yes. Kuai Sourcing consolidates at its own warehouse in China. Each supplier delivers there, domestic delivery inside China runs 48 to 72 hours, and the combined load then leaves as one shipment under one set of export documents.
That matters most on sea freight, where a part-filled container and a second set of clearance fees are the two costs importers do not see coming. It also works the other way: one order can be split across several destination countries, and each destination is priced separately in the quotation.
- One export declaration, one bill of lading, one arrival to clear.
- Goods you bought yourself can be shipped into our warehouse and joined to the same consignment.
- Packing is checked and reinforced at the warehouse before the container or pallet is built.

How a shipment moves
The same five steps run on every mode. Only the leg in the middle changes.
Mode chosen against your date
Kuai Sourcing recommends a mode from the delivery date, the volume and the destination, not the other way round. A quotation follows within 24 hours, up to 48 hours for a product that is new to us.
Goods arrive at our warehouse
Each supplier delivers to the Kuai Sourcing warehouse in China. Domestic delivery inside China takes 48 to 72 hours on the standard option. Quantities can shift slightly here, because supplier carton sizes and minimum order quantities do not always divide the way your order does.
Inspection, then payment to the supplier
Goods are checked against the approved sample before Kuai Sourcing releases payment to the supplier. You paid Kuai Sourcing, not the factory, so a failed check is still cheap to fix. Inspection adds 1 to 2 days to the timeline.
Consolidation, packing and export declaration
Kuai Sourcing combines your suppliers into one consignment, reinforces packing where the mode requires it, and files the export customs declaration in China with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
Transit, import clearance and last mile
The shipment moves on the mode you chose, clears import customs at the destination, and is delivered to your address. Status changes appear in your dashboard at each stage.
Where does Kuai Sourcing ship?
Kuai Sourcing ships to 85+ destination countries across six regions. Sanctioned and embargoed destinations are excluded. Landlocked markets are reached through a neighbouring port with a second inland leg, which is quoted separately.
- North America
- Europe
- Africa
- Middle East
- Southeast Asia
- Australasia

What we will not quote you up front
Kuai Sourcing does not publish duty, tax or customs percentages. They depend on the HS code of the product and on the destination country, and they change. We get them quoted per shipment and show them in your quotation before you pay. Any sourcing company that gives you a percentage before it knows the HS code is guessing.

Shipping from China: common questions
- How many business days is sea freight from China?
- Sea freight with Kuai Sourcing takes 55 to 60 business days. That is measured door to door: from the supplier handing the goods to our warehouse in China until delivery at your address, including consolidation, the export declaration in China, ocean transit, import clearance and the last mile. Port to port transit alone is much shorter, which is why quoted figures elsewhere look faster than ours. They are measuring a different thing.
- What is the difference between express delivery and air freight?
- They are two separate services at Kuai Sourcing and they never share a lead time. Express Delivery is a courier parcel, 3 to 7 business days door to door, suited to samples and small restocks. Air Freight is consolidated cargo that clears customs as a freight shipment, 20 to 25 business days door to door, and it is the option for loads too large or too heavy for a courier.
- Can I combine orders from different Chinese suppliers into one shipment?
- Yes. Each supplier delivers to the Kuai Sourcing warehouse in China, domestic delivery inside China takes 48 to 72 hours, and the combined load ships as one consignment under one export declaration and one bill of lading. Goods you bought yourself can be sent into the same warehouse and joined to the shipment. One order can also be split across several destination countries, priced per destination.
- Is rail freight from China available to my country?
- Rail freight runs to Europe only. The China to Europe train takes 10 to 15 business days door to door and is the middle option between sea and air on that corridor. For destinations in Africa, the Middle East, the Americas, Asia and Oceania, Kuai Sourcing ships by express, air or sea. Some landlocked markets are reached through a neighbouring country's port with a second inland leg, quoted per shipment.
- How much duty and tax will I pay on a shipment from China?
- Kuai Sourcing does not publish duty or tax percentages, because they depend on the HS code of your product and on the destination country. We get them quoted per shipment and show them in your quotation, alongside product cost, domestic delivery in China, international freight and last-mile delivery, before you pay anything. Kuai Sourcing files the export declaration in China and supports the import clearance at the destination.
- What is the cheapest way to ship from China?
- It depends on weight and volume, not on the mode's reputation. Sea freight has the lowest cost per unit once you are shipping volume, which is why it suits full or shared containers. For a few kilograms, express is usually cheaper all in, because freight modes carry minimum charges and fixed clearance costs that a courier parcel does not. For Europe, rail sits between the two. Kuai Sourcing prices the modes side by side in the quotation rather than telling you the answer in advance.
- Do I need an account to get a shipping quote?
- Yes. Submitting a sourcing or shipping request needs a Kuai Sourcing account with a confirmed email address and a verified phone number. Requests and quotations themselves are free and do not count against any limit. The Basic plan caps you at 20 orders awaiting payment in a calendar month, Pro at 35 and Pro Plus at 50; settling one frees the slot immediately.
